Swedish Meatballs in gravy

1-1/2 pounds ground beef 1 package (6¼ ounces) stove-top stuffing mix for beef 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 small onion, finely chopped 12 ounces beef gravy 1 cup sour cream Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix meat, stuffing mix, eggs and 1¼ cup water. Shape into 32 1-inch balls. Place on two foil-lined 13-inch-by-9-inch baking pans. Bake 20 minutes. Mix gravy and sour cream in large saucepan. Add meatballs and mix lightly. Cook on low heat for five minutes. Makes: 8 servings, four meatballs each — This Swedish-American recipe comes from June Hughes
