Ritter says schools face cuts in staff

Someone started a small fire this morning in a boys restroom at Fairview Elementary School, Columbia Fire Department Battalion Chief Steve Sapp said.

Juvenile identified as Bradley vandal
The Randolph County Sheriff’s Department said it has solved the vandalism mystery of the damaged Gen. Omar Bradley monument in Clark. The monument was erected in the town’s main square, Sayre Memorial Park, last spring and promptly destroyed by vandals.
