Michael Lee Robins and his daughter, Mila, 8, have been kayaking the state’s streams and rivers together since Mila was 14 months old.
Their favorite waterway to paddle is the Missouri River, especially when it’s packed with ice. Michael and Mila took advantage of this week’s weather, paddling and poling up the river.
