Feb. 6 ● See bald eagles at Montauk State Park in Salem on Feb. 6 and Feb. 21. Dress for the weather, and bring your binoculars and cameras. Feb. 12 ● The Festival of African & African-American Music will be held in St. Louis Feb. 12 to Feb. 15. Events will include internationally acclaimed performers and local artists; concerts, lecture-recitals and discussion forums. Venues vary. Feb. 14 ● The Galesburg Historical Society’s annual chocolate festival will be held on the third floor of the Galesburg Antiques Mall in Galesburg, Ill., on Feb. 14 and 15. Treats will include homemade and commercially made tortes, cakes, pies, cookies and beverages, and there will be a chocolate art sculpture contest. Feb. 27 ● The third annual Missouri Winter Games will continue throughout the month in Springfield.
