Visnja Kisic places the flag of Serbia next to the Saudi Arabia banner and flags of other nations today near the Columns on Francis Quadrangle at the University of Missouri. Kisic, a Belgrade native who is an art history student at MU, was participating in MU International Day. The ceremony, sponsored by the Missouri International Student Council, included the presentation of various flags and a proclamation by MU Chancellor Brady Deaton.
