Police yesterday arrested a Holcomb woman accused in a stabbing early Sunday in northeast Columbia.
Kimberly A. Rickman, 22, surrendered to police in the company of family members at 11 a.m. yesterday at the Columbia Police Department, Sgt. Ken Hammond said in a news release. During an interview with investigators, Rickman made statements incriminating herself in the attack, Hammond said. Rickman allegedly stabbed a 22-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman during a disturbance at about 1:30 a.m. in the 4400 block of Ria Street. The wounds were not life-threatening. The man identified Rickman as his ex-girlfriend. Rickman was arrested on suspicion of two counts of armed criminal action, one count of first-degree domestic assault and one count of first-degree assault. She remained today in the Boone County Jail with bond set at $150,000.
