The Capitol Calling column yesterday accurately stated the Web site of the Missouri Ethics Commission listed a donation from a legislative district committee to the campaign of Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jay Nixon. But a spokesman for the Nixon campaign, Oren Shur, said yesterday that Nixon returned that donation to the St. Louis-area committee and that the refund would be reflected in a future update of the ethics commission Web site.
