Offense
Will Evans
Senior running back rushed for 206 yards and six touchdowns on 16 carries in the Panthers’ 67-27 win over Mark Twain. Evans, who also starts at linebacker and leads Centralia with 52 tackles, scored in every quarter on runs of 26, 14, 1, 47, 4 and 40 yards. He leads the area with 844 rushing yards and 18 rushing TDs. Defense
Tim Otto
With his team leading Versailles by five points entering the fourth quarter, the Falcons junior intercepted his first pass of the year and raced 52 yards for a touchdown to help Blair Oaks pull away for a 27-9 victory. The interception was one of four for the Falcons, and Otto also collected six tackles in the Tri-County Conference victory. Special Teams
Tycie Linneman
Hornets continued to produce big plays on special teams in their 42-6 win over Southern Boone. Linneman opened the scoring by scooping up a blocked punt — Westran’s third in the last two weeks — for a short touchdown return. Linneman added eight tackles in the win and continues to lead the area with eight quarterback sacks.
