It’s that time again when young talent tickles the ivories of a Yamaha grand piano during the Piano Student Showcase at the Missouri Theatre Center for the Arts. Sponsored by the Women’s Symphony League, auditions will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Students from preschool through high school are invited to audition. If you are a piano teacher with students you would like to audition, contact the Missouri Theatre at 875-0600. And for those music lovers looking ahead, don’t miss the Seventh Annual Fall Piano Student Showcase Nov. 15, which is also at the theater at 203 S.
