Grandpa knew best all along

Turns out, Tommy Saunders’ grandpa was right. Back when Missouri assistant coach Andy Hill was recruiting the wide receiver from Kearney - or, to describe the scene more accurately, when Saunders was selling himself to Missouri - Rich Weber, Saunders’ maternal grandfather, took issue with Hill’s final assessment: Saunders was welcome to join the program … as a walk-on.
