‘Pirates’ CGI broadside can’t keep franchise from hitting rocky script

You’ll need more than "yo ho ho" and a bottle of No-Doze to make it through "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End," the third and hopefully last we see of this bloated franchise. Don’t bet on it.
