Susan Cook and Jeffrey Brawley were married June 2, 2007, at First Christian Church in Columbia. Pastor Rod Casey performed the ceremony for the daughter of Leroy and Orvine Cook of Butler and the son of Larry and Debbie Heusohn of Waterloo, Ill., and Bob Brawley of Georgia.

Maid of honor was Susan Minchew of Columbia. Bridesmaids were Melanie Fender of Columbia; Heidi Steuber, sister of the groom, of Waterloo; and Misty Park of Springfield.

The groom was attended by best man Cal Hoepfinger of St. Louis. Groomsmen were Sam Bullock of Alton, Ill., James Dixon of Columbia and Will Cook, brother of the bride, of Butler.

The bride, a 1996 graduate of Butler High School, received a degree in early childhood from the the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2000. She is a regional education consultant for the MU Heart of Missouri RPDC.

The groom, a 1993 graduate of Waterloo High School, received a bachelorís degree in business from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 2002. He is a sales professional for Cintas Corp. in Columbia.

A reception the ceremony at the church fellowship hall. They couple honeymooned in the Dominican Republic. They will reside in Columbia.
