Remove the ice cream from the freezer about five minutes before you plan to scoop it to give it time to soften a bit. 10-ounce bag frozen mixed berries 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon cornstarch In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the berries and balsamic vinegar. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring often, five minutes, or until the berries become a liquid. In a small glass, combine the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons cold water.
